It has been cloudy and rainy all day. Today I only ventured outside to let Monte out. For most of the morning I was working on an article I am pitching to Gringo Tree. It has do do with a couple things that make me crazy here. It’s hard to right that kind of article when you are crazy to start, but I gave it my best shot anyway. 😉
This afternoon Heidi made a big bowl of popcorn and we watched movies for a few hours. As an added bonus I turned on our propane heater and we got to enjoy some warmth…it’s the small things folks.
Chase and Easton are having a great time in Rio. They went to the beach today but had to leave because it “was just too hot”. Sounds like they are suffering. I wonder when I will be able to say that?

They also have been doing some hiking in the mountains around Rio and the views seem phenomenal.
