It’s been a great day! Woke up and read for an hour. Worked out for an hour. Studied Spanish for an hour, then went to class for an hour and half. When we got back to our place we had a nice lunch…tuna wraps with tomato, avocado, and cheese.
We’ve been invited for a get together around the pool at a building where several of our friends live. Everyone is bringing an appetizer, and Heidi decided to make crab cakes. 
Yesterday Donna showed her how, and since we have fresh crab, Heidi thought it would be good practice and a good choice.

They were delicious and a big hit with the group! One couple brought rum drinks, each one in a cored-out pineapple as the glass. They were superb!
It was a great three hours of conversation 
with people we know, and with new people we got to meet. 
The temperature was great as we let the ocean breeze keep us cool while we got to watch another terrific sunset. Really lovin’ life in Ecuador!
